February 2, 2021 - Telepizza, a leading company in the delivery sector in Spain, announces the opening of a new establishment in the Huelva town of Palos de la Frontera. The premises, together with its more than 10 employees, will serve its customers at Trasversal Santa María, 18. This new 95 square meter establishment also has a 60 square meter terrace.

At present, Telepizza has 17 establishments in Huelva, a figure that amounts to 124 establishments distributed throughout Andalusia, which means the generation of employment of more than 1,750 jobs.

Telepizza, a leading company in the delivery sector, has continued its expansion throughout the country since the pandemic began, maintaining its opening plan and keeping its home delivery service active from the beginning throughout the country, which has allowed it to protect employment and business during the crisis, reaching more than 700 stores in Spain.

Andalusian catering, one of the most affected by restrictions in the 3rd wave of the pandemic

Andalusia has become, along with Castilla-La Mancha, Murcia and the Basque Country, one of the Spanish regions with greater restrictions for bars and restaurants in this third wave of the pandemic. In the Andalusian community, delivery service orders are allowed until 22:30 and take away orders until 21:30.

In contrast, in the Community of Madrid, the Community of Valencia and La Rioja, the delivery service is considered completely safe and essential, regardless of time restrictions, as it provides basic necessities.

Zero Contact safety protocol

Telepizza works under its own vertically integrated delivery and distribution model, which has always allowed the company to control the entire value chain, from the moment the dough leaves the company's factory in Madrid until the customer receives the order at home.

This model has enabled the company to implement its Zero Contact delivery protocol rigorously, efficiently and quickly, offering a responsible and safe delivery service for both its employees and its customers.

Through the Zero Contact delivery service, customers place and pay for their orders through the web or the App, the delivery driver, wearing a mask and gloves, notifies the customer once the order has been delivered to his door so that he can pick it up without any contact between the two.
