Apache Pizza to create 500 new jobs across 180 Irish stores

National Recruitment Roadshow targets towns and universities

15th November 2021: Apache Pizza has launched its biggest ever recruitment drive in Ireland as it seeks to fill 500 new jobs across its 180 stores before Christmas.

The company has organised a National Recruitment Roadshow which will visit towns and universities over the coming weeks in a concerted attempt to fill the positions as rapidly as possible.

The 500 new jobs include permanent, part-time and fulltime positions for general managers, supervisors, team members and delivery drivers and offer flexible working conditions, full training and attractive opportunities for career advancement.

The new jobs are being created as Apache Pizza gears up for the busiest period of the year and an even busier 2022. These 500 new jobs follow the 300 new jobs that it created earlier this year when it announced the opening of 20 new stores.

Apache Pizza has served a whopping 6 million pizzas to customers so far this year and is firmly established as Ireland’s largest and most popular pizza chain after more than 25 years in business.

“We pride ourselves on being local. Our success is driven by being part of communities and by serving tasty pizza which can be enjoyed anywhere, at any time,” said Crispin McLoughlin, Chief Operating Office at Apache Pizza.

“We are delighted to create such a large number of jobs and to provide people with an immediate opportunity to join Apache Pizza, to secure local employment and to develop and advance their career with us as we continue to grow and expand across the island of Ireland,” he added.

The Apache Pizza National Recruitment Roadshow will visit  stores in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Westmeath, Louth and Derry between now and 7th December.

The Roadshow provides an informal opportunity to meet the Apache Pizza business team, including franchisees, managers and team members, to ask questions and to learn  about what it is like to work at the pizza chain.

Each Roadshow event takes place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring product sampling, make-and-bake sessions and quick tutorials on how to make the perfect pizza, subject to demand. Those who apply on the day will also receive goody bags and vouchers.
