With this new opening, the brand strengthens its leadership position in Galicia.

June 6, 2023.- Telepizza, the leading pizza brand in Spain, continues to expand its presence in Galicia with the opening of a new restaurant in the town of A Guarda, Pontevedra. This new addition reinforces the brand's leadership as the pizza chain with the largest presence in the region, where it already has 38 restaurants, 98% of them franchised, of which 12 are in the province of Pontevedra.

The new restaurant is located at Rua Galicia 37 and has a large area of 220m2, providing a comfortable and cozy space to enjoy Telepizza's delicious pizzas to the more than 10,000 residents of the municipality. In addition, the location has been designed with the necessary features to ensure excellent customer service and attention.

Adrián Marín, who started as a Telepizza delivery man, is the franchisee responsible for this new restaurant. Adrián became a franchisee in 2014 and currently manages a total of 5 Telepizzas located in Bembibre, Astorga, Monforte de Lemos, Baiona and now also in A Guarda. For him, "being part of Telepizza is a daily challenge that allows me to grow in diverse environments and achieve any goal I set for myself".

Galicia is positioned as the seventh region with the highest number of Telepizza restaurants in Spain. The brand is present in almost all Galician towns with more than 25,000 inhabitants, demonstrating its commitment to bringing its delicious pizzas to every corner of the region.

Since Telepizza opened its first restaurant in Galicia in January 1994 in Lugo, the brand has generated hundreds of jobs in the region, providing employment opportunities for numerous people. In addition, to guarantee fast and efficient service, Telepizza has a fleet of more than 300 delivery motorcycles, ensuring that each pizza arrives hot and on time at its destination.

Currently, Galicians have a Telepizza approximately 8 minutes away in the towns where the brand is present. From Ponteareas and Cangas in Pontevedra, to Boiro and Betanzos in A Coruña, passing through Ribadeo and Monforte de Lemos in Lugo, the brand brings its delicious Telepizzas directly to the doorsteps of its customers' homes.
