Telepizza closes a deal with Ibai Llanos and his new esports team KOI

Spain's leading pizza delivery brand joins Ibai Llanos and his new esports team as a sponsor in an agreement for the next few years.

With this alliance, Telepizza starts 2022, the year of its relaunch, with a new digital content strategy as part of its transformation.

 

10 January 2022 - Telepizza closes a sponsorship agreement with Ibai Llanos and incorporates eSports into its content strategy with KOI Finetwork, the team founded by the streamer together with the sports entertainment company Kosmos, owned by football player Gerard Piqué. The leading pizza delivery brand in Spain becomes one of the six sponsors that will work together with Ibai, the KOI team and its streamers in this new project to gain a foothold in the world of digital content and entertainment.

This is what Ibai Llanos himself presented on Twitch live, minutes before the start of the match between KOI and Barça eSports in the League of Legends Super League in which both teams made their debut tonight.

Telepizza has become the latest sponsor of Llanos' project. Throughout the year, the brand will produce content together with Ibai and all the streamers for the Twitch platform and will be the official pizza supplier for the whole team. It will also have a presence on the KOI players' kit and in the new Gaming House.

With the sponsorship of Ibai Llanos, Telepizza strengthens its presence in digital channels with one of the most famous streamers in the country, while preparing the relaunch of the brand that will be launched in March and with which they hope to "get closer to young people through new products, presence on new digital platforms and the transformation of our most iconic assets" .
