Telepizza strengthens its presence in the Community of Madrid with new openings

The unmistakable taste of Telepizza and its offers reach Valdemorillo and Torrejón de la Calzada and, with these two openings, the brand reaches more than 120 restaurants in the Community.

Telepizza continues to consolidate its presence in our country with new openings. On this occasion, the brand opens two new restaurants in the Community of Madrid, in the municipalities of Valdemorillo and Torrejón de la Calzada. Néstor Aníbal Jiménez, a former Telepizza store assistant, is behind the new restaurant in Valdemorillo. After his experience as an employee of the brand, he has relied on the values and strength of Telepizza to take the step and become a franchisee. "Telepizza is a brand that has a great advantage, it is known by all people and has a great product that differentiates it. As soon as the opportunity arose to start a franchise I didn't think twice," he says.

The new Telepizza in Valdemorillo, located at Calle La Fuente 8, has 120 square meters and, from this central point, will be able to offer service to the nearly 13,500 inhabitants of the municipality. This new restaurant has a team of 10 people, of which four are delivery drivers who will travel the streets of the municipality on the brand's iconic red motorcycles, to serve from the iconic Telepizza Barbacoa or Carbonara, to new launches such as the Extremas de Queso, with cheese from start to finish.

In Torrejón de la Calzada, the new Telepizza restaurant is located in the busy Calle Castillo 6, which now has access to more than 9,400 residents of the Madrid municipality, to order their favorite pizzas in all channels of the brand, such as local collection, consumption in restaurants or home service via the web, phone, with the App or WhatsApp.

These two new openings, which bring Telepizza's total to more than 120 establishments in the Madrid region, confirm Telepizza's expansion strategy, which in recent months has completed 14 openings nationwide and plans to end 2023 with 20 new restaurants in Spain.

After more than 35 years, Telepizza consolidates its position of leadership and proximity, facts that are confirmed by data, since, in a survey conducted by the brand in 2023 to 2,000 consumers, 81% say that it is the most recognized pizza brand in the country and more than 60% indicate that it is the brand that is closest to their home or their town. In fact, consumers in Spain have, on average, a Telepizza 8 minutes from their homes.
