Telepizza launches Sweet Pizzolinos made with KITKAT® to celebrate Valentine's Day the way you want to.

More than 50% of Internet users will not spend Valentine's Day as a couple, but alone, with friends or family, according to a survey conducted by Telepizza on its social networks.

To celebrate this date, the brand is moving away from its famous and classic heart-shaped Telepizza and launching the new Sweet Pizzolinos, a dessert made with KITKAT and chocolate to celebrate love without rules.

 

Madrid, February 09, 2022 - Love has changed and so has the way we celebrate Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day now has no written rules: this has been demonstrated by the survey* that Telepizza has conducted on its social networks to find out first-hand how and with whom its followers plan to celebrate it.

Despite the romantic connotation surrounding February 14, 53% of respondents say that they will not celebrate Valentine's Day with their partner, but rather with friends, family or alone. On the other hand, organizing a candlelight dinner is still the favorite plan for more than 55% of those interviewed.

In addition, according to data from the brand, Valentine's Day is only the favorite day of 14% of respondents, while 24% shy away from this date. Nearly 60% take this day as just another day of the year and 30% say they prefer to celebrate the day before, St. Valentine's Day.

These results reveal that Valentine's Day is not just a day for couples, but a day to celebrate love in all its forms and free of clichés. Thus, this year the brand has decided to move away from its classic heart-shaped Telepizza or the typical box of chocolates to launch an original and completely new product with KITKAT: sweet Pizzolinos made with KITKAT, so that everyone can spend February 14 as and with whomever they want. A proposal that wants to break the rules by combining a pizza and the famous Nestlé bar to celebrate love as you please.

The pizzolinos are a complement that Telepizza launched in 2019, made with the iconic Telepizza dough, but with a crunchy touch and perfect for sharing. An innovation that arrives this Valentine's Day in a sweet version, filled and covered with KITKAT topping and a delicious chocolate sauce with Nestlé hazelnuts and white chocolate that conquer anyone. The new Sweet Pizzolinos made with KITKAT arrive today, February 9, to stay on the menu of all Telepizza establishments in Spain, joining the other existing savory pizzolino options: Bacon, Chicken-Barbecue and Pepperoni.
