With this new opening, Telepizza reaches 11 locations in the province and strengthens its commitment to be where other brands do not reach.

September 1, 2023 - Telepizza consolidates its leadership in Tarragona with the opening of its new restaurant in Vila-Seca. The premises, of 110 square meters and located at Av. de l'Alcalde Pere Molas 12, one of the main access arteries to the municipality, can serve the more than 22,000 inhabitants of the municipality, who will have very close to their homes the distinctive offer of the brand in its different channels.

The people behind this new opening in Vila-Seca are Iván Rodríguez and Vanessa Angulo, a couple who have built their business and personal history hand in hand with Telepizza, as it was in one of the brand's restaurants where they met.

Ivan had his first contact with Telepizza in 1999, as a delivery driver, and Vanessa started working for the brand as a pizza maker. Their knowledge of the sector, as well as their trust in Telepizza, led them to become Telepizza franchisees 13 years ago and together they also manage the brand's restaurant in Salou.

"We like the values that Telepizza represents and, since we were workers of the brand, we wanted to have our own business. This led us to learn more about the business, to work hard and to see an interesting opportunity to open this second restaurant in a municipality with as much potential as Vila-Seca," comments Vanessa Angulo. The couple is accompanied by a team of ten workers, four of whom are delivery drivers, who are already touring the town on Telepizza's unmistakable red motorcycles.

The opening of the restaurant in Vila-Seca confirms, once again, the brand's strategy of proximity and capillarity, which seeks to reach where others do not. For this reason, customers in Catalonia have a Telepizza, on average, 8 minutes from their homes.

With this opening, there are now 11 Telepizza outlets in the province of Tarragona, positioning the brand as the leader in pizza and the one with the largest presence in the area. Also, customers of this new restaurant will be able to place orders through the different channels of the brand, through its website, by phone, with the Telepizza mobile application or using WhatsApp (912 760 000).
